Welcome to CommuniTalk — a premium, purpose-driven connection circle bridging the West with Thailand, Việt Nam, and (soon) the wider Southeast Asian community. These Terms are the agreement between you and CommuniTalk. Please read them; by using the service you accept them.
You must be 18 or older to create an account or use CommuniTalk. This is a service for adults seeking genuine, respectful connection. There are no exceptions.
You may use CommuniTalk only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher), can form a binding contract, and are not barred from using the service under applicable law. You confirm that the information you provide — including your date of birth — is true. We may verify your age and identity and may suspend accounts we reasonably believe to be underage or fraudulent.
CommuniTalk provides: (a) verified member profiles and a discovery/matching experience; (b) real-time, translated video calling; and (c), as they launch, translated messaging, virtual and physical gifting, shared moments, and travel countdowns. Features marked "Coming Soon" are not yet available and are not part of any paid promise until released.
CommuniTalk is a platform for connection. We are not a matchmaking guarantor, escort service, mail-order-bride service, or marriage broker. We do not promise you will meet anyone, form a relationship, or achieve any particular outcome.
Free tiers involve no charge. Premium is cancellable any time; we generally do not refund partial months except where required by law. Lifetime and crypto payments are non-refundable once the benefit is delivered, except where required by law. Nothing here removes rights you may have under your local consumer-protection laws.
Where available, gifting lets you purchase virtual items or arrange physical gifts (e.g. flowers, food) delivered by independent local partners. Physical fulfilment is provided by those partners, subject to their availability, pricing, and terms. CommuniTalk facilitates the order and takes a service fee; we are not the merchant of the physical goods and are not liable for a partner's acts or omissions. Gifts are purchases of goods and services — never cash transfers between members.
Your use of CommuniTalk is also governed by our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms. In short: be real, be respectful, be safe. Zero tolerance for anyone under 18, for any sexual content involving minors, for human trafficking or exploitation, for harassment, hate, threats, scams, or solicitation of money. Violations can result in immediate, permanent removal and, where appropriate, reports to law enforcement.
CommuniTalk helps you meet people across borders, but we do not conduct criminal background checks on members and cannot guarantee anyone's identity, intentions, or conduct. You are responsible for your own interactions. Never send money or financial information to another member. Read our safety tips in the Community Guidelines, and use the in-app block and report tools freely.
You keep ownership of the photos, text, and other content you post. You grant CommuniTalk a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, translate, and transmit that content solely to operate the service (for example, to show your profile to a match or translate your call). You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload. Real-time call audio and video are processed for translation and are not recorded or stored by us.
CommuniTalk, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or build a competing service from our platform.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, underage, or unsafe, or as required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; certain records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and as legally required.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, CommuniTalk disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any member or third-party partner. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We would rather solve problems directly — contact us first at support@communitalk.com. These Terms are governed by the laws stated in your account region's addendum. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights available to you in Việt Nam, Thailand, the Philippines, the EU/UK, the United States, or your home country.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and the "Effective" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Note: This document is a good-faith starting template, not legal advice. Before public launch and before taking payments, have a qualified lawyer review these Terms against the specific laws of each country you operate in — including Việt Nam (Decree 13 on personal data), Thailand (PDPA), the Philippines (Data Privacy Act), the EU/UK (GDPR), and US state law — and add a governing-law/region addendum and a registered business entity.
