CommuniTalk exists for people seeking someone with purpose โ real, respectful, cross-border connection between the West and Thailand, Viแปt Nam, and the wider region. These guidelines keep our circle safe and worthy of trust. Breaking them can cost you your place here.

Protect yourself and others. Money stays out of it.
Zero tolerance โ instant, permanent removal
- Anyone under 18. This is an adults-only community. No exceptions.
- Any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises, grooms, or endangers a child. We report this to the authorities.
- Human trafficking, exploitation, or coercion of any kind, including "mail-order" or transactional-marriage schemes.
- Sexual services for money (prostitution/escort solicitation) or advertising them.
- Threats, violence, or credible intent to harm.
1.Be real โ authenticity
- Use your own recent photos. No catfishing, fake profiles, stolen images, or pretending to be someone you're not.
- One account per person. No bots, scripts, or mass-messaging.
- Earn your โ Verified badge honestly through photo verification.
2.Be respectful โ how we treat each other
- No harassment, hate speech, slurs, or discrimination based on race, nationality, religion, gender, or orientation.
- No unsolicited explicit images or messages. Consent and comfort come first.
- Respect a "no." If someone unmatches or stops replying, move on gracefully.
- Honour cultural differences โ you are meeting people from another world; curiosity and patience go a long way.
3.Be safe โ money & scams
- Never send money, gift cards, crypto, or bank details to another member, no matter the story. This is the #1 scam in cross-border dating.
- No romance scams, investment/"crypto opportunity" pitches, or sob-story money requests.
- Don't move people off-platform to unverified apps early โ scammers do this to escape our protections.
- Gifts on CommuniTalk are purchases of real goods (like flowers or food) sent through our partners โ never cash transfers.
4.Content rules
- No nudity or pornographic content in profiles.
- No illegal content, drugs, weapons sales, or promotion of self-harm.
- No spam, advertising, or recruiting for other services.
- Don't share other people's private information without consent.
5.Reporting & blocking
Every profile and match has Block and Report. Blocking hides you from that member both ways, instantly. Reporting sends the case to our safety team. You never need a "good enough" reason โ if something feels off, report it. Serious reports (minors, trafficking, threats) are escalated immediately and may be referred to law enforcement. Contact us any time at safety@communitalk.com.
How we enforce: Depending on severity, we may warn, limit features, remove content, suspend, or permanently ban an account. Zero-tolerance violations skip straight to a permanent ban and, where required, a report to authorities. We may act on a single serious report.
6.Safety tips for meeting across borders
- Video-call early โ our live translation lets you see and hear the real person before feelings run ahead.
- Keep chats on-platform until you genuinely trust someone.
- Never send money, and be wary of anyone who asks โ especially with urgency or emergencies.
- Protect personal details (home address, workplace, financials) until trust is well earned.
- If you plan to travel to meet someone, tell a friend or family member your plans and stay in public places at first.
- Trust your instincts. If it feels wrong, block, report, and step back.
